1. What exactly is ThunderQuote?

ThunderQuote is a B2B services marketplace to match business buyers to vendors as we have experienced the hassle of sourcing for vendors as well as the pain of marketing and lead generation.


We believe there is better way to streamline the process and intend change the way businesses source for vendors and find buyers by guiding buyers to the right vendors with our industry knowledge and ThunderQuote’s matching algorithm.


Buyers: Just submit a single RFQ and compare between the most suitable vendors with ease.


Vendors: Get real leads and business without the painful hours of cold-calling or networking.

2. How do I use the website?

Firstly, you can use our site to find and compare vendors for your business needs completely FREE.


Secondly, you can join our vendors and be notified when suitable jobs for your company given budget, services, other requirements are available. Upon joining our vendors, you will be given 10 free credits (for the admin fee) to quote for leads you are matched to.


Thirdly, if you are an incubator, business network or umbrella organization who wish to work with us to offer greater benefits to your members, kindly email us for possible collaboration.

3. What sets ThunderQuote apart?

We personally filter the leads to ensure you get quality leads and all the details are available for you before you decide to purchase the leads!


You can pick the leads you feel are most confident of clinching and our lead quality scoring system ensures that you pay what is appropriate based on the value and quality of the lead!


Want to try your luck with a weaker lead for someone with a lower need score? Just pay a dollar!

4. How is the admin fee for leads calculated?

We have updated our pricing structure upon feedback from all our users!


The admin fee and commission is charged according to the budget of the project:

Not only that, all new vendors receive free credits upon sign up. After which you can also refer other companies to sign up/submit RFQs and get more credits.

5. What are my chances of closing the lead?

One common worry our users have is that with dozens of vendors competing for the same lead, wouldn’t it be really tough to close the sale?
Not to worry, our leads are restricted to a maximum of 5 vendors! Furthermore, there is no need to worry about being late to the party, as once the buyer has decided on a vendor, the lead is automatically closed and unavailable for new quotes even if there are less than 5 vendors.
This is to ensure that any lead you quote for is valid and current. Of course, whether you clinch the sale or not is still ultimately up to your product/service quality and sales ability. Do note that vendors using the itemised quote are 67% more likely to close the deal according to our statistics!

6. How do I know the leads are real buyers?

We personally call clients to extract more details to ensure that leads are qualified.
Furthermore, companies need to submit their UEN to ensure they are valid.
Lastly, we have a refund policy in the unlikely case a lead is shown to be invalid (eg. The buyer does not exist, did not submit such a RFQ, etc.)

7. Who are some of ThunderQuote's buyers?

We already have closed leads coming from Singapore Press Holdings, NTUC, ST Kinetics, e27, SMU and many large organizations as well as even more SMEs!
Our only exclusion is that we focus solely on businesses services and do not offer any consumer leads.

8. I can’t find [service] on your site! Do you not do these services?

We are currently focusing on core services from Marketing, IT, Creative & Events so some less common services may not be represented yet. But don’t worry, we are continuously expanding the list of services provided, and your feedback will be invaluable in our decision to open up a particular service!

9. What is your refund policy?

In the case of an invalid lead, you can contact our customer success representative by emailing [email protected] or through our contact us form and we will process a full refund of points spent after verifying it with the buyer. Any other refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
