The widget includes the interactions for end-users on websites and also an admin panel interaction with our customers. The ability to create AJAX codes for instant updating. Javascript code need to be able to access our customer CRM details and store information on our server. Element based identification and tracking of end-user interaction with customer webpage before and after interacting with our widget.
