What does the buyer wish to accomplish through this project?:

I need to build a online research platform with a mobile app based survey platform on one end, a data engine to automate survey invitations, aggregate and analyse data and a dashboard to visualize insights.

Project Details & Specifications:

Syndicated Survey Platform: Mobile App based (iOS and Android)
Insights Platform: web-based and responsive to tablet at least.
Swipe based 4 direction survey interface.
Dynamic system generated 10 question blocks that is mixed differently from user to user and prioritized according to sample completion rates and an even mixture of different question types.
Auto-queued 10 question blocks that user can continue taking.
Results automatically rendered real-time from APIs after data processing.
Automated QC pop up messages.
Automated screening out of data that fails QC tests.
Automated data aggregation of survey data.
Automated rendering of updates data via APIs to both platforms.
3 separate views (Canvas, Concept Test & Ad FX)
Automated rendering of real-time data from recent survey entries onto the insights dashboard. (Data dashboard)
Info-graphics dashboard with the capability of interacting with the data (see insight dashboard section).
Chat window for users to submit enquiries or feedback (both platforms).
Clients will have login pages and be able to see analytics and others.

Bonus:
Can explore chat bots to support this task.

This will be built as an MVP

Good to have someone or firm willing to work closely with me over the next 3-6 months development.

Require company /freelancer with strong experience in data structuring and backend.
Interested to work with companies / freelancers that have done more complex apps before.

Budget range is $20,000-$30,000, but we understand it is quite complex and are willing to discuss budget. Quality is more important.
