Email and phone channel management, enquiries, customer complaints, logging all interactions by service type and channel
Customer service provider does not necessary needs to be stationed at a specific location. But should be able to accomodate all the languages required.
Minimum education background:
Staff who are able to handle explaining DNA and moderately advanced health terms.
